AMCC are pleased to announce the dates for their 2018–2019 Club Summer Series, for what will again be a short and sharp Three-Round series, with all events on the 2.7Km National Circuit at Hampton Downs.
The big stand-out in the new calendar is that all events will be completed prior to Christmas.
The Club Series will slot in around the 6-Hour race at Hampton Downs, and be concluded prior to the commencement of both the Suzuki Series, held through December, and the NZSBK National Superbike Championships, which run from January onwards.
With three compact Rounds providing valuable track time for competitors aiming for both of these Championships, the revised calendar will remove the distraction of coming back into the AMCC Series in March, which has traditionally been the case.
Final classes for the Club Series are currently being confirmed by the AMCC Road Race Committee, and are expected to reflect prior Series. The 2018–2019 Series will be organised and promoted by the Auckland Motorcycle Club, who will shortly announce all our valuable partners for the coming season.
